A guy who met Britney while she was on vacation in June tells
that he made a video of them having sex and that the tape might change state public.
The 28-year-old man who was living on Hawaii’s Big Island at the time says he left his camera rolling without Britney’s knowledge as they did the sucky fucky at a bungalow at the Four Seasons hotel on the Kona-Kohala glide on June 7th.
So far the only thing he claims holding him back from releasing the video is that he was so disappointed by his own performance he is embarrassed to let the rest of the world see it!
he met the mother of two in the bar at 1 a m and they ended up partying together in Brit’s room before hooking up. “It was just normal sex we didn’t do anything crazy,” he says. “It was a little disappointing. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then we passed out.”

Britney Spears is “very optimistic” that she’ll get her sons back as she completes the judge’s checklist the singer’s close friend Sam Lufti tells PEOPLE.
Lufti whom Kevin Federline’s dwell attempted to process in the ongoing custody battle reminded PEOPLE in an e-mail that Federline getting custody is “temporary.”
“We … signed all the necessary documents that she needed to get done,” he said. Spears he added is “in a good mood no problems very optimistic.”
“Scheduling conflicts and errors in communication led her to believe that her deadline was later this week rather than [Monday],” Lufti said. “However once we finally realized what was going on we completed the list of tasks. …So everything’s looking good.”
“As of now she’s not legally able to drive in California,” says Mendoza.
“Britney Spears is comfort unlicensed,” Mendoza adds. “She does have a pending application. She’s very close to getting a California authorise.”
Another hearing in the custody case is set for Wednesday.
